Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Pacif Educational and Welfare Trust and our educational initiatives. As a non-profit organization, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds and returns related to our courses, Olympiads, merchandise, and donations.
1. Courses (Live/Recorded)
For all online or offline courses offered by Pacif Institute of Cosmology and Selfology (PICS) or other Trust units:
- Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase or enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content (e.g., videos, materials, or live sessions).
- Non-Refundable Period: No refunds will be issued after 7 days or if you have accessed more than 10% of the course content, whichever occurs earlier.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, email info@pacif-ics.com with your full name, course details, transaction ID, and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
- Course Cancellation: If a course is cancelled by the Trust, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal value.
2. Olympiad Registrations
Registration fees for Olympiads or academic competitions are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- Event Cancellation: If an Olympiad or event is cancelled by the Trust, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days.
- Duplicate Transactions: If a payment error results in duplicate charges, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.
- Refund Requests: Email info@pacif-ics.com with your registration details and transaction ID. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Books, Merchandise, and Study Kits
Books, merchandise, and educational materials are sold through:
- Third-Party Platforms: Primarily Amazon or other authorized e-commerce platforms.
- Local Distributors: Authorized partners or direct sales at events.
For items purchased via third-party platforms, the return and refund policies of the respective platform (e.g., Amazon’s return policy) will apply. The Trust does not offer additional warranties, guarantees, or refund services for third-party purchases.
For items purchased directly from the Trust or its authorized distributors:
- Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by the original receipt.
- Refund Process: Email info@pacif-ics.com with your purchase details and reason for return. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, excluding shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items: Digital products (e.g., e-books, downloadable study kits) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Donations
All donations to Pacif Educational and Welfare Trust are non-refundable, as they support our charitable and educational initiatives. Donors will receive acknowledgment receipts for tax purposes under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (where applicable). For donation-related queries, contact info@pacif-ics.com.
5. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical errors, fraud, or disputes), we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please provide detailed documentation to support your claim.
