Selfology Program

Selfology is not a formal academic discipline and an area of study is being designed. This concept of self-knowledge, self-exploration and consciousness growth can be incorporated into various areas of study and personal growth. Here is a suggested syllabus for a Selfology course or program for all:

Introduction to Selfology

Understanding the importance of self-exploration and consciousness growth,
Exploring different approaches to self-exploration (e.g., introspection, mindfulness,
journaling), Cultivating self-awareness and self-reflection skills

Self-Awareness and Identity

Identities of self (social, scientific, psychological and beyond), Exploring Self with
